Each month I offer a 5 day course with a specific theme and intention. The course is added to the online schedule and is an opportunity to try something new and discover the benefits of a daily practice.

An opportunity to reset, clarify and soften each midday via the breath. A 30 minute daily pranayama practice online from 12:30pm.
