Service Description

Online Classes allow you to dive deeper into your yoga practice. There are 3 complementary styles of class to choose from: yin; yin/yang; and slow vinyasa. Practice 1 or all 3, depending on how you feel. Yin yoga is slow and typically low to the ground. Long holds in poses allow time for us to unwind and reset.  Yin/yang yoga involves both flow and stillness, incorporating both yin and yang postures into the class.  ​ Slow vinyasa is a breath-led class focused primarily on building strength and stability.  ​ Breath-work and philosophy are woven into each class.
