Hi and welcome!
Based in the Macedon Ranges, Victoria, I share yoga with groups and individuals in-person and online; and host workshops and retreats. I also practice sound meditation and sound massage by appointment.
The classes I share are intentionally slow and spacious and focus on cultivating present-moment awareness, energy flow and self-inquiry. They balance slow, passive, long-held postures (yin) with more rhythmic, muscular flows (yang). YogaSound classes are often infused with sounds of Tibetan singing bowls, chimes and other instruments.
My aim is to inspire curiosity about how we relate to ourselves, each other, and our natural environments. There's so much to discover right here, right now.
