My Private Sessions are a great way to enjoy a truly personalised yoga class. I'll cater the session entirely to your needs. These classes are great for people who are new to yoga; are wanting to develop a home practice; or have specific needs that may need attending to before joining a group class. Online Classes allow you to dive deeper into yoga practice. There are 3 complementary styles of class to choose from: yin; yin/yang; and slow vinyasa. Practice 1 or all 3, depending on what you're looking for.
*Yin yoga is slow and typically low to the ground. Long holds in poses allow time for us to unwind and reset.
*Yin/yang yoga involves both flow and stillness, incorporating both yin and yang postures into the class.
*Slow vinyasa is a breath-led class focused primarily on building strength and stability.
Breath-work and philosophy are woven into each class.
This course is held over 5 consecutive mornings. We'll begin our days by gently waking the mind and body with breath-led movement and flow, and finish with some yin poses. Each morning will build upon the last until we create a full, flowing yin/yang sequence at the end of the 5 days. The course is suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners, and anyone who would like to start their days feeling centred and alive.
YIN YOGA FOR RUNNERS
Join me for a series of short, effective yin yoga classes designed to help in your running recovery. Held over 5 consecutive evenings, these 30 minute classes will focus on targeting the parts of the body that get particularly tight and sore from running, including the legs, feet, hips and lower back.
